We are a multilingual one-stop center that supports access in Korean, Mandarin, and English to unemployment insurance and other services and benefits through the Unemployment Language Opportunity Program (ULOP). KAFLA provides the ULOP in collaboration with the California Employment Development Department and The Center at Sierra Health Foundation.
